Don't forget your sunblock
What You Need To Bring To Class...

Since lessons will occur in all kinds of weather and temperature situations, you will need to taylor your attire to the conditions. We suggest you bring the following to class for maximum comfort and safety: Being prepared offers you the most enjoyment
  • Clothing to get wet in!
  • Bathing suit and / or nylon shorts
  • Polypro tops and bottoms
  • Wool or polar fleec top
  • Nylon shell, or paddle jacket
  • Wool of fleece hat (if cold)
  • Wide brim hat (if sunny)
  • Wool socks and shoes that can get wet
  • Sun glasses with strap
  • Sunscren (waterproof spf 15 or higher)
  • Plastic bag(s) for wet clothing, etc.
  • Towel and change of clothing
  • Personal floatation vest
  • Special items as needed...
* - In addition to a kayak, you will need a paddle. You may also wish to bring a kayak sprayskirt, nose and /or ear plugs, and swim gogles.
